We will ship your order within 7 business days from the date of order .
*Excluding weekends, national holidays, New Year's holidays, Obon, and Golden Week *Delivery is only available within Japan.

◆About shipping methods◆
Delivery will be by Click Post or Takkyubin (Yamato Transport).

Click Post Features: This option is selected when purchasing items that fit into an A4 size, 3cm thick box, such as accessories or thin clothing.

Features of courier service: This option is selected when purchasing multiple items of heavy clothing or products.
We will ship your order by either ✓ Takkyubin Compact or ✓ Regular Takkyubin.

*Please note that for remote islands the shipping fee will be 1,500 yen.

Convenience store payment

We use the payment system of KOMOJU, a company specializing in payment processing. In addition, if you pay at a convenience store, KOMOJU will provide you with the payment number.

Please note that a payment fee of 190 yen (tax included) will be added to the total product amount (including shipping).
