[4 months later] Looking back at the online shopping site Shinatomy
This is the fourth installment of the article I posted last month.
1. What I think now
It's hard to try new things!!!
It may seem like an obvious thing, but when I try something I've never done before, I have no knowledge and I don't know what it's like, so I don't feel like I'm making any progress.
Even when I think about setting up a stall at an event, I have no experience doing so, so I spend my days researching what to do and how to do it.
If we did that, we would miss the timing and it would be in danger of us not being able to open the store, but we will make it happen somehow, so please wait for us π
Meanwhile, there are some new happenings !
As I posted before, we will be borrowing an unmanned sales space for a limited time at Takeda Cafe in Taketa City, Oita Prefecture π

We opened our online store in May and have only been selling our products online ever since, but this is a rare opportunity to be able to see them in person, so if you're in the area, please stop by!
Also, I felt that there was a lot of rest in August due to the Obon festival.
We'd like to run through November leading up to Halloween from September, so we hope you will keep an eye on us.
In fact, we are currently developing new products , so please look forward to them as well!
2. Future plans
As for the future, we will likely start introducing optional services so that people with metal allergies can also try our products , so please wait a little longer...!
We are also working towards face-to-face sales and preparing to introduce gift wrapping in time for Halloween!
We haven't yet decided what the content will be, but we will do our best to make Halloween 2022 even more exciting for Shinatomy, so please look forward to it!
We will let you know about our participation in the event as soon as it is decided !
I will do my best to make this a reality, so I hope you will watch over me with a kind eye.
3. About me
For better or worse, August was a relaxed month.
This is because there were many events during the Obon holiday, such as returning to my parents' house and meeting friends from university for the first time in a long time.
In the midst of all this, I certainly did think about life .
It's not that I don't have any motivation for my current store.

There's too much to do and I can't prioritize
As I faced more and more new challenges, I came to realize how difficult it is to do something on my own.
I have a low income but am mentally stable, while I have an acquaintance who has a good income but low motivation at work.
It's hard to say which is better, but it's likely you'll run into this problem on a regular basis.
Despite that, I started trying my hand at something new since August.
Yes, it's Arabic.
Once again, my tendency to abandon the tasks at hand and follow my interests has become very apparent.
I started learning Arabic not so much because I wanted to be able to speak it, but because I wanted to be able to read it .
Actually, I've always wanted to go to Egypt.
I studied because I wanted to see the mummies that were the beginning of my path as an otaku with human anatomy motifs, and because I wanted to experience the pyramids firsthand .
I was looking at it with this in mind: what is Arabic, exactly ? Where is the text and where is the symbols?
I didn't even know how to read from right to left, so I stumbled from the very first step.
I'm not sure about language learning, even English, so I wonder if I should try something new? But it's fun because I get to see a new world.
Since it's Halloween, I have a lot of things I want to do and places I want to go, so I'll be posting about them on my blog too.
4. Conclusion
Thank you for reading this far.
In the fourth month, we will be increasing sales outlets other than the online store for a limited time, and we hope that more people will become aware of the Shinatomy brand.
I also hope that I can use this experience to expand my activities to other regions.
I'm thinking about going abroad in the future.
