[25th event participation] After Design Festa vol. 59

1. Impressions of the event

I was surprised to see so many customers!

This is our first time exhibiting at Design Festa.
After deciding to exhibit, we spent a busy few months working on new items, creating novelty items, and planning the layout of our booth.

Although there were times when I felt unwell due to nervousness, I was happy that I was able to complete the course safely.

Through exhibiting at Design Festa this time, I was able to reaffirm that even though the worldview that Shinatomy creates may not appeal to everyone, there are certainly people who love it. I want to continue to cherish that worldview. Thank you very much.

I'm happy about all of the things I've experienced, including meeting so many people for the first time, people who happened to see us on the list of exhibitors at Design Festa or on social media and decided to come, and people who were already following me on social media and told me, "I came here because I wanted to see Shinatomy!"

As with any event I exhibit at, being able to meet familiar faces and people who support me through social media provides a great sense of mental security and is often a relief.

We will continue to do our best so that you will continue to watch Shinatomy, whether you are new to the site or not, so thank you for your continued support🫀

On the other hand, we still had many issues to address, such as the time it took to check out, the disappearance of business cards and packaging bags, and the inability to report sold-out information in real time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused our customers.

There were so many things that happened that it was beyond my expectations, and the owner was even more flustered than usual. There are many other areas that need improvement, so I hope to be able to exhibit at future events while resolving those issues.

Additionally, we will restock the sold-out items in early to mid-June, so we hope you can wait a little longer.

We will continue to operate under the concept of "a store that touches the heart of 1 in 100 people" , so we appreciate your continued support.
