[26th event participation] After CC Osaka

1. Impressions of the event

I was happy that so many people came after seeing us on social media...!

This will be our fourth time exhibiting in Osaka.
I was excited about what kind of people I would meet, but thankfully, many of our customers follow our store on X and Instagram, and I often thought to myself, "I'm so glad I continued using social media!"

The reason is that the owner was never good at social media, and before he opened the shop, he only had an account on social media to gather information, rather than to post anything. Now he uses social media for the shop, but periodically he feels the urge to quit social media.

So it was good to be reminded that there are people who know about our store through various social media platforms and who see us through our participation in events.

By the way, the owner always remembers people who respond to him on social media, so if you meet him at an event, please let me know your account name or profile so I can say "Oh, that's you!".

Also, this time we had many opportunities for overseas customers to view our products, and one of them chose an item from our store, saying, "I'm going back to my home country soon, so I wanted to take it home as a souvenir..." I was so happy I could have jumped for joy.

In parallel with participating in events, I am also regularly updating my online shopping site, but the hurdle of overseas shipping is really high. But when I have the opportunity to have people from overseas pick up my products, I feel like I have to do it in order to deliver them to them! I've been struggling with what to do about overseas mail order lately, so I'd like to somehow put an end to it, and I'll do my best.

We plan to move mainly to Western Japan, including Hiroshima, Osaka, Nagoya...

We will have a lot of event exhibits up until the end of June, but there have been fewer events since July so I hope we can make up for that by being more active on our mail order site.
