[7th event participation] Sendai Comiket exhibition report

1. Impressions of the event

Even though it was my first time exhibiting in Tohoku, I was able to meet someone who loves the human body motif! It was a happy event.
Although he has exhibited at events several times in the past, for a shop owner living in Kyushu, the furthest exhibition location is Tokyo.

The area beyond that point was still unexplored, so I felt a mixture of excitement and nervousness until the day of the exhibit.

When we actually exhibited, we were very relieved to see that many people were interested and we received kind words.

By the way, what surprised me as the owner of the restaurant was that several people told me that the atmosphere and worldview of the restaurant was similar to that of "Silence of the Lambs."

Basically, the store is designed to suit the owner's tastes, but to be honest, I'm not very good with horror or gore... I love the atmosphere and worldview, so it's frustrating. Because of this, I don't enjoy watching (or can watch) horror and gore works, so I was worried about whether I was able to express what I like.

However, after hearing this from multiple people, I felt that the direction of what I want to express is not wrong.

However, what I want to express is more edgy, or rather, I prefer something more real than abstract, so in pursuit of that, I would like to gradually increase the number of things I come into contact with.

In addition, we increased the number of earrings and pierced earrings that we had been selling in small quantities until now. Thankfully, most of them have found homes, so we plan to start selling them in earnest from the next event.

We are extremely humbled by our existing customers, as we are able to undertake experimental projects and sell new products.

Since we are a small store, we may not be able to expand our product lineup all at once, but we will continue to do our best to gradually show our regular customers a new side of ourselves.

2. Purchase Introduction

I had been interested in this circle for a while, and it turned out they were next door to Shinatomy, so I was very grateful to be able to visit.

Not only did I feel a dazzling power in the dimly lit world, but other than the items I bought, there were also some items decorated with bones and other things, which was a lot of fun...!

This is a very last minute announcement. We will be exhibiting at the "Handmade Cre Sendai25" (within Sendai Comiket) space [A19], which will be held today, September 10th (Sun) at Yume Messe Miyagi. 3. Future plans

For upcoming event exhibits,
October 14th: Ahead of Artism Tokyo .
In addition,
December 2nd: Artism Osaka

That's how it is. I'd like to exhibit at one or two more events other than the ones mentioned above...! I'll let you know again once they're confirmed.
