[A few days have passed] A few days after opening Shinatomy, what I think now

This time the title is exactly as it sounds.

On May 1st, 2022, I opened the online shopping site I run, "Shinatomy."

Time flies, and it really feels like it's been a while since we opened.

Well, this time I would like to write about my feelings right after opening and my future plans.
This blog is like a diary of my own growth, so I hope you will watch over it with a kind eye.

1. Impressions immediately after opening

My first impression immediately after the opening was , "I'm so relieved!"

From the start, I was worried about how long it was taking to open, and my heart was pounding so hard I thought it might jump out of my mouth until I pressed the "Open shop" button just before opening.

The shop will open to the public at 9pm on May 1st.

Friends who have always supported me, people who always looked forward to my posts online, etc.

I get so many messages from people saying "I saw your site!"
"It's so Shichibee-like, I love it!"
I actually cried when I heard that.

No matter how much you say you want to "live doing what you love," it's difficult to achieve that on your own.
Thank you for visiting our website.
When someone directly conveys the message to me, I realize I'm not alone and I'll try harder!
I think so.

Thank you very much.

*It's a secret that I looked like a corpse for a few days after the opening due to the tension.

2. Recent worries

So it's been a few days since we opened.
By actually running the operation, issues became apparent.

1. Raise awareness 2. Expand product range

Regarding ①, I think it's a problem that every shop faces.
My honest impression when I actually encountered this rather than just in a textbook was "What do I do?!"

It's hard to say for sure, but it's possible that they'll just do their best to survive for the first 1-3 years.
For me, Shinatomy is life.
I want to walk with you as long as I live.

I will do my best, and I hope you enjoy the process.
(I'm sorry, but this doesn't solve anything.)

Regarding ②, we plan to gradually expand our lineup in the future.
I was secretly thinking about making a sacoche for apparel goods.
Since it's summer, I think tattoo stickers would be really cute!
I would also like to make it so that people with allergies can buy it without worrying.

Regarding price range, we would also like to broaden the price range of the new items we introduce.
In particular, if you have chosen an item as a gift through Shinatomy,
It would be good to have a variety of price ranges...

3. Future plans

I think the most important thing is to keep going !!!

I think I've said this somewhere before, but I would like to continue through trial and error, aiming for a "long and steady" path.

Also, rather than a plan, it's more like a dream.
That's one thing.

I want to open a pop-up store for a limited time (even just one day!)
I have a secret ambition.
I think there is still a long way to go in terms of awareness,
We hope you enjoy seeing how it changes from this chick state.

4. Conclusion

Thank you for reading this far.
Also, for those who have visited our shop and actually purchased from us,
I can only be grateful.

I myself have no idea what the future holds for Shinatomy.

However, we hope you will enjoy it, including those aspects.

In addition, if you have any items you would like, ideas, collaborations, etc., please feel free to contact us.

That's all for this time.
