[15th event participation] After CRAFT MARKET Vol.4
This is a report on our exhibition at CRAFT MARKET Vol.4, which was held on February 18, 2024 .
This article looks back on my impressions of exhibiting at the event, so if you're interested, please take a look.
1. Impressions of the event
I was happy to meet people who love human body motifs in Nagoya too...!
This was my first time exhibiting in Aichi Prefecture, so I was a little worried about whether I would be able to meet people who like human body motifs, but I was glad that so many people were interested and actually purchased my work.
The atmosphere was a little different from the events I usually attend, and similar to a handmade market I previously attended in Ehime Prefecture, but just hearing customers say things like "Thank you for coming all the way to Nagoya" made me feel that it was worth exhibiting.
In addition, we received many comments saying , "I think my friend would like this shop, so I'll introduce it to them!" and along with thinking that it would be nice to meet those friends one day, it also made us realize that people who love the human body motif exist in all kinds of places.
In order to gradually increase the opportunities for people to learn about our store, we would like to focus more on participating in events in 2024.
I was also very happy that for the first time, an overseas customer purchased my work in person...! Our store is considering expanding overseas in the future, but we rarely have the opportunity to have customers purchase our work in person. However, through this event, we had a wonderful encounter, and it made me want to work hard so that my work can reach people overseas, and to work on improving my own English skills.
We will continue to work hard every day so that we can eventually exhibit at events overseas. We hope you will continue to support us.
2. Purchase Introduction
Here are some of the items we received at this event:
The first one is "Eringi Ghost " by nunu. 👻 The owner of the shop actually likes ghosts as much as he likes human body motifs. He happened to have a fateful encounter with Eringi Ghost while walking through the venue. And it's in purple, which is the owner's favorite color! I'd like to display it at home with the other skeletal models 👻

The second one is "Postcard" by Hoshikuzu . There is a girl on it that really catches my eye, and I wanted to display it in my home! So I bought it 🫀 Just thinking about what kind of frame I should put it in and display it is fun. It makes me happy.

3. Future exhibition plans
The next event we will be participating in is Kyushu Comitia on March 10th !
We will also announce the layout diagram etc. on various SNS.
I think there will be a lot of exhibitors in Kyushu for a while, so if you're in the area, please come along.
Of course, we are also considering exhibiting outside the prefecture, so we would be happy if the opportunity arises.
4. Conclusion
Thank you for reading this far.
This time I looked back on the event I participated in the other day.
We hope you will continue to support Shinatomy.
